Our Funding Readiness Program offers small business owners both asset protection formation and small business capacity training. This comprehensive training allows small business owners to establish credibility, build a track record, access capital, and unlimited growth opportunities, allowing them to excel in today's competitive business environment.

LLC Formation Grant Application
If you reside in Tarrant, Collin, or Dallas Counties in Texas and want to elevate your business by registering it as a Limited Liability Corporation, this grant opportunity is tailored for you. The Texas 1000 Project aims to provide you with a grant of up to $500.00 for the registration and fees of the State of Texas Limited Liability Corporation formation. This grant can provide the necessary resources to compete effectively in today's business landscape.
Qualifications to Participate in our Limited Liability Corporation Grant 4-Week Program:

Age and Identification:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Applicants must possess a valid Texas Identification Card or Texas Driver's License.
Citizenship:

Applicants must be legal United States citizens.
Proof of Address:

Applicants must provide posted mail with their name that matches the provided ID or driver's license.
Business Registration:

Applicants must demonstrate they have operated as a registered D.B.A. (Doing Business As) entity in Texas within the past 8 to 12 months.
Sales Proof:

Applicants must show proof of 8 to 12 months of sales under the D.B.A. name.
Business Planning:

Applicants are required to complete a Bootstrap Mini Business Plan within 30 days, including 2 to 5-year Goals worksheets.
First LLC in Texas:

The LLC being formed must be the applicant's first LLC in the State of Texas.
Business Checking Account:

Applicants must be capable of opening a business checking account.
Training Classes:

Participants must attend 2 of our virtual online training classes as part of the program requirements.

We reserve the right to deny all applicants that have falsified information or the applicant is pursuing to establish a business for illegal activities.
The applicant's information will be reviewed and processed upon completion of the requirements.
Applicants will be informed of the approval or denial of the grant application.
We will start accepting applications from March 1st, 2024 through April 15th, 2024 for the first round of applicants. (Limited spots available)
