At the Texas 1000 Project, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. Because our T-shirts are produced in limited runs to support our mission of Economic and Social Mobility Through Entrepreneurship, we handle returns and refunds as follows:
Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to inventory availability.
