Entrepreneur and Entrepreneurship

An entrepreneur is an individual who starts and runs a business venture, typically with the aim of making a profit. Entrepreneurs are often innovative thinkers who identify a need in the market and create a product or service to meet that need. They take on financial risk in pursuit of their goals and are often characterized by their ability to think creatively, take initiative, and adapt to change.

Entrepreneurship, on the other hand, refers to the process of starting and running a business venture. It encompasses all the activities and actions involved in identifying a business opportunity, gathering the necessary resources, and launching and growing a successful enterprise. Entrepreneurship involves developing a business plan, securing financing, hiring employees, marketing and promoting the business, and managing day-to-day operations.

In summary, an entrepreneur is an individual who starts and runs a business, while entrepreneurship refers to the process of starting and running a business venture
