Texas Limited Liability Corporation Grant

If you live in Tarrant or Dallas County and desire to take your business to the next level by becoming a registered Limited Liability Corporation, this grant is for you. Bootstrap Entrepreneurs Inc will provide you with a $500 grant, and we will assist you in turning your trade into a small business. This grant will give you the leverage you need to compete in today's business marketplace.

Texas Limited Liability Corporation Grant

Requirements to apply:

  1. Applicants must be 18 yrs old and have a valid Texas Identification Card/ Texas Drivers Lic.

  2. Applicants must be legal United States Citizens.

  3. Applicants must show posted mail with the applicant's name that matches I.D. or D.L.

  4. Applicants must prove they have operated as a registered D.B.A. (Doing Business As) in Dallas County or Tarrant County in the past 8 to 12 months.

  5. Applicants must show proof of 8 to 12 months of sales under the D.B.A. name.

  6. Applicants have 30 Days to complete our Bootstrap Mini Business Plan with 2 to 5-year Goals worksheets.

  7. L.L.C. must be the applicant's first L.L.C. in the State of Texas.

  8. Applicants must be able to open a Business checking account.

Upon completion of the required documents, our LLC Grant awardees will receive the following:

  • Mini Business Plan/ Goals Review Consultation

  • Nacis Industry Classification Code/ SIC Code

  • State of Texas Registered Limited Liability Corporation.

  • EIN Number

  • LLC Operating Agreement

  • $100.00 towards opening a Comerica Business Checking Account

  • Unlimited Access to the Bootstrap Entrepreneurs Advisory Network

We reserve the right to deny all applicants that have falsified information or the applicant is pursuing to establish a business for illegal activities. 

The applicant's information will be reviewed and processed upon completion of the requirements.

Applicants will be informed of the approval or denial of the grant application.
